Attapulgite/Fullers Earth is a naturally mined mineral which possesses adsorptive property which makes it a Natural Bleaching Agent. The natural mined Attapulgite is further processed to remove the impurities and improve the surface area of Natural Bleaching Earth.
Natural Bleaching Earth finds its application in purification of light vegetable oils like Palm Oil, Sunflower oil etc.

This is processed from naturally occurring Bentonite and Attapulgite Clay by calcining and
treatment with acid to improve the surface area of the clay and consequently increasing
the bleaching efficiency. The SBE finds its application in Purification of vegetable oil and
fats, Biofuels and waste oils.

These are highly Activated Bleaching Earth grades made from naturally mined mineral Bentonite followed by the process of acid activation. The activation process increases the Surface Area thereby enhancing capacity to trap the impurities and unwanted substances. Washing Bleaching Clay removes free acidity in clay to enhance the stability and long shelf life of the edible oil. These Grades find application in purification of vegetable oils and Fat to remove unwanted impurities like gum, dyestuffs, heavy metal, color pigment and residues of crop pesticides.

Our R&D team has developed special grades of Carbon blended Bentonite / Fullers Earth for removal of Red Units in all types of vegetable oils.
Our standardised grades are available with blends of Activated Carbon content of 5%, 10%, 15% & 20%. We can further customise to suit our customer’s specific requirements.
The high-Quality Active Carbon used by us has MB value between 90 to 100 and screen analysis of about 95% passing through 200 mesh with all extraneous material and iron particles completely removed and has very low ash content.
